It all started in Yiayia’s kitchen. A pinch of oregano, a few stolen licks from a spoon, and a whole lot of love.

We opened Pablo’s to create the feeling of going home, whatever home is for you.

A place for laughter, joy and oh-so-divine smells that will whisk you back in time to the dinner table memories you hold most dear.

Our food has been passed down from mother to daughter for generations – now taking root in its Woolloongabba home.

We cherish our ingredients from where they grow around our south east Queensland farms, all the way to your plate and hopefully into your heart.

From our small-batch wines to our heavenly kefthedes, every cup and plate is made for sitting around food, sharing stories and celebrating life – together.

In Greek, we say Κάλι όρεξη (kali orexi) which means enjoy your food. And if our food makes you happy, then we wouldn’t change a thing. ✦
