This Christmas, make holiday hosting easier with our special Christmas catering options, freshly crafted with festive flavours and ready for pickup! From crowd-pleasing starters to indulgent main courses and delightful desserts, each dish reflects Helen’s beloved holiday recipes, crafted to make your celebration truly memorable.
Orders are available for pickup throughout December (except Tuesdays), with a final collection time of midday on 24 December. For those wanting a Christmas cake centrepiece, note that orders must be placed by 26 November to allow for the traditional four-week preparation.
Pablo’s Beef Keftedes
House beef meatballs, with tomato and garlic salsa. Serves 8.
Spanakopita
Spinach and ricotta pie baked within buttery, flaky pastry. Serves 8.
Moussaka
Layered roast potatoes and eggplant, slow cooked beef ragu and bechamel. Serves 8.
Pastitsio
Greek-style lasagne with pasta, slow cooked beef ragu and bechamel. Serves 8.
Baklava
Layered filo pastry, almonds, orange and cinnamon syrup. 24 pieces per tray.
Moussaka Vegetarian
Layered roast potatoes and eggplant, lentil bolognaise and bechamel. Serves 8.
Burnt Basque Cheesecake
Spanish-style baked cheesecake with a burnt top layer. This cheesecake has a crème caramel flavour and a light and creamy centre. It’s heavenly. Serves 12.
Persian Love Cake (GF)
Our cult favourite. Soft almond meal, pistachio, cadamom and rose syrop. Gluten Free.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Helen’s famous flourless chocolate cake is a crowd favourite at Pablo’s and with all her friends and family. Serves 12.
Swiss Roll with Fresh Cream and Berries
This Swiss Roll is a show-stopping dessert. Light and fluffy vanilla sponge filled with fresh cream, house jam and seasonal berries. Serves 12.
